Julia Pow was in the Workhouse by 1903 - in the 1901 census she was entered as being blind

I would say that the definition of being blind in 1901 would be different to todays

I see the older daughters are out in service, I wonder if Agnes was too, she would have been old enough in 1911 if she was hopefully still around.

Have you found Henry in 1911? A tree on Ancestry gives his death as 1928, so if correct, he should be somewhere.
