I am seeking any info on this family that was in Cannonbie Dumfries in 1901.

JAMES RIDDELL in 1901 was a police Const.Previous to this he was in Hawick,Rox.as a wool pattern worker.
He was married to Herriet M Huggan.
they had 2 known children born in Hawick.

JOHN RIDDELL        born MAY 4 1900
Elizabeth R Riddell  born Apr 21 1902

Does anyone recognize these folks? Are there any RIDDELL's still living in Cannonbie....

I am *especially* interested in JOHN RIDDELL born 1900.
