Birth record, Bath, mid 1820s

If anyone has time to check a birth record for me in Bath I would greatly appreciate your help.
I'm trying to establish the birth date of my gg grandfather, born in Bath, most likely in 1823 or 1824. Subsequent references to him in census data and his death record give confusing leads as to his year of birth, but I think those two years are most likely.
