It's not a crinoline.

Born in Chipping Norton 1818.
Christened October 18 1818 in Chipping Norton.
Md Eliza C. (b St Albans 1829).
3 sons & 1 daughter.
STUDIOS: 1. 4 Craven Buildings, Brunswick Place, City Road, Shoreditch 1860 - November 15 1866.
2. 19 Brunswick Place, East Road, Shoreditch November 16 1866 - December 1869 (later City Road).
1891: photographer living at 5 Glenbrook Road, Hampstead. Lodger.
In Brentwood 1873.
Brother of James Coleman.
Business for sale December 1889, at £50.
Died in Hendon 1892.
