Charlotte TRINDER, baptism Hanborough c1822
« on: Wednesday 15 April 15 17:27 BST (UK) »
Please could someone with access to Hanborough PRs check for Charlotte's baptism?  Census 1851 and 1861 suggest a birthdate around 1822 and birthplace of 'Handborough'.

If her parents are James and Mary, did they have any other children baptised there?

(I have OFHS CD WIT03, which shows two earlier children baptised 1808 and 1810 in Stanton Harcourt, but finances won't allow another purchase at the moment :'()

Thanks in anticipation,
Carol

Carol

I can see one other ;

Anne same details as Charlotte re church, except in this one James is entered as a Farmer rather than a labourer.
She was baptised on 29 March 1818.  I looked from 1806 through to the end of 1830

Many thanks Nigel, once again you’ve made an old woman very happy :-*

And thank you Suz, I’ve found most of the census entries for this family and they did move about a bit between Berks and Oxon ;D

(Btw the weather here is cooling as we head towards winter, but still warm and sunny with some fresh to strong winds most days.)
