George & Sarah Patey from Berkshire England

I am researching Sarah Dodd 1828-1910 Bradfield, Berkshire.  She married George Patey and they moved to Lincoln, Ontario where she died.  I wonder if she can be found after 1871 where she was still in England.

The "how"    I think that they sailed from Liverpool to Quebec, Canada on the ship the
Sarmatian arriving October 26, 1873 in Canada.

Patty, William age 4 (1881 census he is listed as William J. Vickers age 11)

The "why", a few reasons I think, the main one being economic. A large country and a
sparse population makes for opportunity.
