Thanks to Sugarbaker pointing me in the right direction and some plain old fashioned luck, No. 33 was identified as St Bartholomew's, Bethnal Green…in Jack the Ripper territory (see WAI No. 33  ).  Now converted to flats and renting at about 520 pounds a week!
