Hi Theresa,
Have found this family that might be what you are looking for:
ref HO107 1606 folio 505: Green lane, Chistlehurst
James Hook head mar age 38 ag lab born Bexley
Ann Hook wife mar age 31 born Berks Kintbury
Charles do son age 14 ag lab born do
George do son age 13 (occ looks something like 'invalid baker' ?) born do
Ann Hook dau age 11 scholar born St Mary Cray
Thomas do son age 7 born Chistlehurst
Emma do dau age 5 born do
Joseph do son age 3 born do
Henry do son age 1 born do
Ann's details match with your request, (Kintbury is in Berks, not far from where I live now), she is however married to James, rather than Thomas.
Is this the right family ??
xx Carol.

The 1841 census in Chistlehurst has the following:
ref HO107 481-06 folio 42: Preston Lane, Chistlehurst
Thomas Hook age 27 ag lab
Ann do age 25
Charles do age 5
George do age 3
Ann do age 1
This is obviously the same family, so maybe the census enumerator made a mistake in 1851 and wrote James instead of Thomas ?
xx Carol.
