Bowen Island is a lovely little island a short ferry from Horseshoe Bay, which is the ferry terminal near North Vancouver.

I believe that Millers Landing was/is a sub-division on Bowen Island and Site H would be the location of their lot in the sub-division.  Box 9 would be the address for postal delivery purposes and R.R.#1 means rural route #1.
