1891 there's a David Arnold b c1870 lodging with Rees and Ann Evans and their family. They are next door to a William Arnold b c1859,  wife Catherine and family

In 1901 this chap is a shop assistant, married to Mary and with two young Rees brother in law

There a possible deaths for both William and David in the Neath district  in 1923 and 1930 respectively
