On 1900 Census the sisters are in: Rockford Township Rockford city Ward 4, Winnebago, Illinois, United States
Belle Vant Head F 21 Wisconsin May Vant Sister F 23 Wisconsin

I need help trying to find out what happened to them after 1900 as cant find them

Some online trees show "May" (your Mary J) married William Schacke, and May, William and Madalyn were living in Reedsburg, Wisconsin in 1910.  Apparently, "Mamie 'May' Vant" married William July 1, 1903 in Reedsburg.

According to one of the trees, Isabelle "Belle" June Vant married Axel Theodore Youngberg 30 December 1908 and they were living in Rockford, Winnebago Co., Illinois in 1910.

I've not yet found any records of the marriages.

There is a marriage index for a Mamie Vant, 1 July 1903, Sauk, Wisconsin.  However, it doesn't state where or when she was born.

There is a death for an Isabelle June Youngberg, 24 September 1960, Winnebago County, but again there is no mention of her place or date of birth.

Died: 16 April 1961.
Location:  Reed "(May be abbreviated)"

Following on from Lisa. Donald Youngberg (son of Isabella June Vant and Axel Theodore Youngberg - married Bridget Rosenquist - 17 July 1939
