HELP I can't find Roscoe!

Help! I am looking for clues on my g-grandfather. I don't know much facts on him . His name was Samual David Roscoe. He was born in England around 1901. He came to America through the Boston Harbor . Moved to Pittsburgh, Pa. He was in the Navy during WW1.
He married Helen Loftus who was born in Pittsburgh on Feb. 10 1900.
They had 3 daughters: Anna Marie Roscoe Clancy (my grandmother),Helen Regina Roscoe Thibault, and Dolaras Roscoe Greany. He died on March 8, 1963. My g-grandmother died Jan 25, 1976. My g-grandmother's family originated in Mayo co.

Any information,clues,etc, would be extremely helpful!

Roscoe is a good Lancashire name.  There is a Samuel Roscoe listed in 1901 in Oldham:

RG13/3809/7 p 6
26 Essex Street
Mary Roscoe wife age 27 b Oldham
Wilfred son age 5 b Oldham
Samuel son age 1 b Oldham

No man about though.

A Samuel Roscoe was registered in Oldham Dec qtr 1899 8d 658.

Can't see a Samuel David.  This is only a possibility - you need to search for others after 1901.
