Not Polly Atkins either she died aged 17 in June 1897 in Basingstoke.

I can find a birth for Polly Short 1884 in Portsea and possibley two census's 1891 with her mother Mary and sister Mabel in Portsea and then the 1891 census with her mother Mary she is aged 16 and in Portsmouth after that I cant find anything at this moment.
