Hello I am a new kid on the block with one of the most common surnames - WILSON.My G2  grandfather was William Noah Wilson DOB 1843 Manchester and he married Mary Bradwell of Bradwell DOB1858. He was a hat trimming salesman and they lived in Stockport.
His father was Samuel WilsonDOB 1824 Manchester, he married Ellen Hampson in Manchester Cathedral in 1842.
His father was William Wilson Date and place of birth and wife unknown. I believe he had a cement factory in Manchester and retired to Stockport but nothing more is known of Samuel or William . Can anyone help? Or suggest where  to look next. Thank you.
