I've just seen your post about your grandfather C J Butler.  I believe this is the 'Johnny' Butler that crashed at RAF North Creake on 17 April 1945.  I live in the Control Tower at that former station in North Norfolk and I would love to have a chat with you about your grandfather as I am researching a book about the history of the station (hence coming across you post).  You can find our website here: controltowerstays.com
