Thanks for that Larkspur, another thing in the1861 census, Sarah`s age is given as 30 yrs old which means a birth year of 1831 give or take, 1871 her age is 48 years old & birth year of 1823.
I have always given a little to the inaccuracies of these records but to be so far out, there is no wonder people make mistakes.

19 Jan 1900, Sarah Weightman, of South Scarle, age 77
So works with a birth in 1823.
From the image of the 1861 census her age is down as 38....

Yes it is very difficult, one of  my great grandmother's got younger and younger on each census, finished up losing about 10 years!!
