census help please

Hello everyone, I have this family.   Robert Colligan and wife Agnes Lees.
Their children, Margaret Hamilton colligan born 1859 bothwell
                      sarah colligan born 1861 bothwell
                       john colligan born 1862 bothwell
                       Robert Hamilton colligan born 1st june 1868
                       john colligan born 1st june 1868
                       Edward colligan born 1871
                       Robert colligan born 1872
I can find the family in the 1881 and 1891 census,   but cannot find them in 1871 or 1861 ?
would anyone maybe be able to help me please ?

Familysearch have a marriage between Agnes Lees and Robert Coligan in 1858. Agnes is shown as Hamilton or Lees on some of the birth entries which suggests she was married twice.
