BTW Jeanne iPad preset smilies don't show on PCs, you just get a white box with two black lines.

Changes? - what changes? The only changes I've seen have been the ones I've put in .....
Threlfall (Southport), Isherwood (lancs & Canada), Newbould + Topliss(Derby), Keating & Cummins (Ireland + lancs), Fisher, Strong& Casson (all Cumberland) & Downie & Bowie, Linlithgow area Scotland . Also interested in Leigh& Burrows,(Lancashire) Griffiths (Shropshire & lancs), Leaver (Lancs/Yorks) & Anderson(Cumberland and very elusive)

Yep Mike, originally in colour! Never mind, at least some people may have been getting my smile, albeit in black and white!

I am resistant to change because they keep "fixing" stuff that is not broken. I keep using the old search engine. Stop changing stuff Ancestry, please.

I only get the white box at work and at home maybe it depends on the service provider.

Probably not for much longer Coombs.
I was using the old search until that option disappeared from my screen.
Strangely enough the day after I sent them my comments on the New Search . . .
