Identification please - Mill Building Lancashire Joshua Hoyles Mill a Summerseat

Please can anyone help to identify this mill building ? A still from BBC series "Juliet Bravo" - which was shot in early 1980s in Burnley/Bacup/Tormorden areas - Lancashire/Yorkshire borders. Even the production company cannot identify it now - but I know you clever people can!  The mill may, or may not, still be standing.

I think it might a mill in Darwen, if the monument on the hill behind is the Darwen Tower.

Try Google Images  Lancashire Mill...that's how I found it.

I was wondering if it was something like Mon Mill Todmoreden..? But could not see Stoodley Monument.

Thanks to all, but we're not there yet!

Sarah - Mons Mill - we had considered this, but there's too many dissimilarities in windows, chimneys, and location

Drosybont - Darwen - thanks for this suggestion; the monument does seem to fit, but not the mill (it's NOT India Mill - chimney wrong for a start)
