His two sons are living in that area (living separately) in 1871. Isaac jnr in Pokesdown and William/George and family just down as Boscombe, no street address. In 1871, there wasn't much of Boscombe, I think most of it was around the Holdenhurst Road and the Chine. Certainly the area around St Clements church (where my grandparents lived) wasn't developed until the late 1890s.
