1851 Kent Southee

I am doing a surname tree on the Surname Southee especially those living in Kent. Would appreciate it if anyone could check any lists they have for Kent and the surnme and let me know.

 Just logged onto this site I have 700 odd SOUTHEE,S ON MY TREE having been at it for about 10 years all of them pre 1900 . could you tell me if you have a WILLIAM SPENCER SOUTHEE ON YOUR LIST , Born Kent 1853, its his parents I am after. KIND REGARDS HAROLD SOUTHEE

I have a John Southee Terry in my tree, all I know at present is that he was born around 1811 in Canterbury.  At present my thinking his that his mother might have had the surname Southee as it seems a bit odd to me that it is his middle name, however I have yet to locate any information about his parents.

EDIT - I now have this sorted.

I'm researching Southees, too. Has anyone found out how William Spencer Southee fits in with the Southee tree? I'm descendant of John Southee and Sohpia Sharpe, and live in New Zealand.

I am decended from the Southee family and am interested in finding more. I am back to John Southee 1640 in Ickham Kent, but I dont seem to have the person you are after listed.
