Useful SEARCHABLE Web Sites for Research

Hi All,

I have created a web site that is useful for anyone new to genealogy and looking for ONLINE SEARCHABLE web sites.  The contents cover England, Scotland, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand...and one small site for India.

I know what its like not knowing where to start and hopefully my site can help you through and get you on the wonderful road to genealogical research.

All I ask is that you sign the guestbook....I love to get messages coming through and will reply to anyone who cares to leave their email address.

Have just visited your site and followed the link to Scottish Documents. Have found the will of one of my ancestors ..... its not available yet but when it is i will be downloading it and seeing if it gives me some more information.

Hi Jaki,

That is just GREAT!!  Have you tried the Scottish BDM site??  It would be the best one Ive ever found...even if you do have to pay....I found my Scottish ancestors right back to the 1700's on there...
