Clara Isabel Maxwell-Brown nee Pavitt

I am seeking any info on Clara Isabel Maxwell-Brown's burial. 
She was born in New Zealand 1878 and was the granddaughter of my Great Great Uncle Thomas Buxton Jn.  She married Captain George Edward Maxwell-Brown (born 1864 Sheffield England as George Edward Brown) in Victoria, Australia in 1906.  Captain Maxwell-Brown sailed the ship "Everton Grange" to Australia and New Zealand with immigrants from the UK several times from 1904 to 1907.
After their marriage, Clara obviously sailed with him to England, as she died in 1907 at Park Villa, Monks Rd, Lincoln (source: N Z Papers Past) .  I am hoping someone may be able to locate where she was buried.  Also would like to know what "Park Villa" was in those days. eg...hospital, hotel  etc...?       Regards,  Aussie Bob

Have you searched Monks Road on 1911 census for Park Villa (It is quite a long road)?

Hi Chempat and Jebber, Thanks a lot.  I will try the census but it may not tell me much.  I also thought it may be a private house.  The link you provided does not work Jebber. It just says "this page cannot be displayed".   By the way, Clara's maiden name is Pavitt.   Is there a link to burials in Lincoln?

Clara Isabel BROWN's abode at the time of her death aged 26 was given as 285 Monks Road.

She was buried 11 July 1907 in plot A56 in St Swithin's cemetery.

Florence Martha BROWN (67, of Tempest St) was buried there 20 Sept 1926
also William Edward BROWN (62, of Monks Rd) 13 Dec 1926

I have discovered from 1919 directory that Park Villa was 235 Monks Road, this place I think. http://www.instantstreetview.com/@53.230663,-0.52129,-179.29h,6.84p,1.33z

I suppose that 285 could be a bad transcription of 235, but either way, it's "just a house".

The Lincolnshire Echo, 27 May, 1909 carried an advert

"For Sale By Auction, ..., No 235 Monks Road, Lincoln, and known as 'Park Villa'....".

Many thanks to all. It seems Park Villa may have been the home of Clara's in-laws.  I am very pleased to find the place of her burial. I don't suppose there would be headstone transcriptions or images online for St Swithans?    What a great list, many thanks again to all who have helped.

Martha Florence BROWN in 1911?  She was actually a single woman.  Her house seems to have a Maori name in that census, but was 144 Monks Road in real life.
