As per the other thread, Martha appears to have been 'Barbara' ....

If we go with Barbara then the 1841 census has a Barbara living in Chilworth with an Ann aged 65. Barbara is given an age of 25 , but I understand that the 1841 census ages were rounded to the nearest 5th year, so an 1818 birth is possible.

And FindMyPast list this location as Great Milton, Thame Oxfordshire.

Ah thanks dgibbins,

Yes I can see Barbara now as baptised 26 Dec 1813 at Albury with parents Thomas and Ann. This probably fits.  :)

(Not a sibling to my Cherry's - of John and Mary - but interesting to see that she went to Ickford too.)
