Did you notice some other children with Henry and Mary Sabin in 1871 - Sibford Gower Oxfordshire.

Henry Sabin  60 and Mary Sabin  64
Leah Sabin  23 Daughter.
Rachel Sabin  9 Grand-Daughter.
Frederick W Sabin  8 Grand-Son.

I think Fred W Sabin is also the son of Frederick born 1837 who may have immigrated about 1871 - Fred Snr  appears on a UK incoming born 1837 and aged 73 years - St John, New Brunswick, Canada to Liverpool on the Empress of Britain. Occupation Farmer. If you could look at the 1911 Census you might find Fred staying with the son.

Think this is probably Frederick in Handy, Livingston, Michigan 1921, although a couple of the details don't match.
Frederick born 1836 England. Immigrated 1856 (which cannot be correct) Naturalized. Widowed.
Then the death record for Fred Sabine - born 1837 England passed away 21 April 1921.
Parents Henry Sabine and Mary Field.

Looks like Frederick had a brother Reuben Sabin who arrived in Michigan - Reuben Sabin - born 1846 and aged 56 years 2 months, travelling Liverpool to New York arriving 24 April 1902 on the Oceanic. Also travelling Adeline aged 45 years, Rose 18 years and George aged 16 years. Going to Mr F Sabin, (brother)
