Can anyone identify this Army Regiment ?

Once again another photo from WW1,

Can you identify where this was taken and what regiment it is ?

Is it American or British..?

We thought it was the Royal Marines ?

Hi, it does look like the cap badge is a globe with a laurel around it, much like the Royal Marines, it may be a bit later than WW1 tho' 

Look's to be a photograph taken at the end of a course or training event, I'm sure someone will be along to add to my comment's.

They're wearing the pre-economy tunic so before 1916.
There are no medal ribbons on display so possibly Territorials.
Some might say they look too happy to be regulars but I wouldn't.

I was told they were American...but British fits better in my thought line...

They look so happy  because they have just had the Pay Parade.

I would "Hazard a guess" and say that, yes, they are the same uniform (Tunic), the buttons align as per the other photograph and the collar is very, very similar if not the same, (How's that for covering my back  )
