Emily Eaton 1837-1905
« on: Wednesday 05 August 15 16:49 BST (UK) »
Hi everyone!  :)

I would like to gather all the information available about Emily Eaton.
She was born in 1837 at Bilston or nearby (Staffordshire) and died near Pontefract (Yorkshire) in 1905 (to be confirmed).

She was married to Robert Poole and then to Peter Webb.

I want to know about Emily: parents, siblings, where she lived, sons and daughters, where is she buried, etc... and every entry in the census from 1841 to 1901.

Thank you all!!!

Have you got her marriage certificates for her Father's name?

If you know so little about her, how is she related to you?

Have you looked in the free censuses and records for her, just to get us started?

Familysearch has the 1871 & 1881 census transcript that you can search / view and it is free  ;)

Hi chr1st1an  :)

Thank you for your PM.

As chempat has suggested it may be a good idea to search https://familysearch.org/search to gather information on Emily.   As you know who she married, one of the marriage certificates would confirm her fathers name.

Where did the Rollason family live? Also in Bilston?

Maybe the 1851 census will give the place of birth of Emily's parents, John and Ann Eaton...  ???
Plus if she had any more brothers and sisters in addition to Enoch and Matthew.

Thanks!  :)
