Hi BC

I am also researching the surname Prowse in and around the Newton Abbot area of Devon.  Places include Kingsteinton, Ilsington, Hennock, Bovey Tracey, Lustleigh etc.
I hope we have a connection of some type.
Regards
Gary

Gary,
Perhaps if you send me a personal message, including some names & dates, I could check to see if our trees connect.
Look forward to hearing from you.

I have been researching Prowse in Thorverton, Devon.
My earliest is Ester Price who gave birth to Turpin Prowse (illegitimate) in 1670.
