What is it?

In my opinion, probably an affidavit.  It appears to be putting in writing certain facts about the progress of a matter for the benefit of (I would presume) a court or other tribunal.

If someone of greater legal knowledge says otherwise I will defer without argument.

The Ralph Eure mentioned - I beleive to be Ralph Eure, 8th Baron Eure (–1690)

BUT, I don't knoe why I have this document - I don't recognise any other name !

Unless Thomas Grantham could be a Grayshon ?

Text update -

Concerneing the ffee farme rent June the 1 . 1660
There was an agreement by an indenture between Thomas
Grantham Esq and others on this first parte William Ireland and Ralph
Eure  Of the second parte and Sanford Nevill William Addersley and John Thornicroft of this
third parte that whereas the mannor of West Hardwick was formally charged

twelve shillings and a half penny issuing out of West Hardwick and ....
of Sir Francis Ireland that the mannor of Wragby should be charged with four
pounds per annum of that eight pounds and West Hardwick to be charged with the
other four pounds therof

It is agreed that M Wynn shall consent so far as lyeth in him that
the said agreement may be established by this court of Exchecquer soe that he be
not thereby prejudiced in relation to his bargain with in Mr Ireland

That Joshua Wilson mentioned in the deed is the same Wilson that lives near
Clarkes house in Wragby and not any of them that live in West Hardwick

Memorandum that before the sealing of the deed he acquainted Mr Wynn that
he had formally made a lease to Mr Ireland of this colliery for 21 years which
by consent of Mr ireland was cancelled

That in regard Sharpe for and ... and the other person intended to ....
