Hi am wanting to obtain the medical records of my grandma who was admitted to abergavenny asylum Penyfal hospital in 1935, came out in 1954 and readmitted herself voluntarily in 1959 until her death in 1980, never knew grandma and I understand that her file would hold a photo  of her on admittance, any idea how I can go  about this? many thanks jules
