Blackman St Southwark 1841 census

I'm investigating family at 122 Blackman Street Southwark in the 1840's. I find that the census does not cover shops/buildings after the number 112. I've been led to believe that some areas of this census are missing, would it include this area? Also this same problem exists with the 1851 census also. Can anybody comment?

In the 1841 Blackman St appears in both St George the Martyr and St Mary Newington so split, (unless there are actually two of them).   In the latter is where the last Blackman entry is 112.  There is more Blackman street in St Mary Newington Trinity SD ED 9.  Frustratingly, no house numbers! May be worth clicking through?

Yes I have done this and had no results. Seems not to cover any number over 112. Have also looked at the related poor law and roads tax for this area but this gives nothing either.

The 1851 directory only goes up to 112, that being the Fountain & Grapes pub near to or on the corner with Mint Street.

I'm looking for a John West who in 1837 requested insurance for his coffee shop at 122
blackman street. The st Georges coffee shop. In 1838 he gave evidence at the old bailey on a court case there. So he's in that shop then. I'm trying to find more for John West. Not the publican at 104 though.

Also remember that the street numbering was different sequencing then not as now.,

John West was at the "George & Dragon" at number 104 in the 1841 PO Directory.

The pub is also the St. George's Coffee house, Blackman Street, in the 1851 licence transfer from Thomas Otho Whitlock to Emma Shaw. (The Era, 15 Jun 1851).

In the 1851 PO Directory number 104 is the St George ( Archibald Reid).
