Wheatley BT's 1797- 1815 ATWELL lookup

Searching for a William and Mary ATWELL (HATWELL, HATTWELL, ATTWELL, ATWILL etc) born around 1784, married ?? children Mary b 1812, John b 1814 (both born Wheatley) possibly others before they moved to London by 1815. In London he was a cowkeeper and dairyman.
I have all the London info but can't find record of them in Oxfordshire, if anyone is able to help?

I checked for William ATWELL (and given variants) marrying a Mary on the OFHS's Oxfordshire Marriage Index (1538-1837).  This is the only one that is recorded after William's birth:

07 DEC 1809 - William HATWELL (lodger) to Mary BROWN (lodger) at Oxford St. Aldate's

This is the only information given on the index - the actual parish register entry may have more details.

In the St Aldates PR's the marriage is there as follows:

1809
Dec 11 HATWELL (signs HATTWELL) William lodger in this p
           BROWN Mary sp o.t.p
           Wit: John DAY, Sarah DAY                                Banns

I am back, the baptisms for the 2 children are:

All Saints Church, Cuddeson, Oxfordshire.
15 Sept 1811 Mary HATWELL d o William & Mary of Wheatley

St Mary the Virgin Church, Wheatley, Oxfordshire.
21 Feb 1813 John HATWELL s o William (lab) & Mary

The parish records for Wheatley did not begin in Wheatley until 1 Jan 1813

Lastly there are no other entries for Cuddesdon nor Wheatley for any name spelling as you offer or I can think of!!

Other than a baptism at Cuddesdon on 18 March 1637 of a William Atwell s o William.

To try and find William's baptism - try asking the Oxfordshire Family History Society -
www.ofhs.org.uk
they have an index of all Oxfordshire baptisms - at least it may eliminate Oxfordshire if it doesn't reveal him?

Quick question about the records for Wheatley please.
Family Search has it that the Bishops Transcripts started in 1797, would you know anything about them?
