Henry John Parker, Llanelly 1923

Hi,
I am trying to find out about my grandfather's father Henry John Parker. I know he was living in Long Row, Llanelly in 1923/1924.
I have found a HJP who lived in the Llanelly in 1911, but without access to the 1921 census and local electoral records, I can't be sure it is him.
Any info much appreciated
