Born in England march 13,1812 don't know where  immigrated to Canada to Newbury Ontario had a child in Canada by 1868  trying to find out his birth location and parents and possibly  immigration imfo  very challenging I know thank you  if you could help

His death cert just says birth location is "England".  Died in Mosa, Middlesex, Dec 7 1896.

Have you tried the Glencoe area historical society?  They may have some information for you.   Maybe an obituary or some local history books/documents??

All children are said to be born in Ontario.  So, if the census is correct about birth locations, there are children born in Canada well before 1868.

There is a family in 1852 census Wentworth county
Edward Leech 40 b. Suffolk as is Mary A 25 his wife and children John 14, Charles 12, Mary A 11 and 3 year old Emily is born in Guelph.  Could tie in with married Dec 1857 Blything between Edward Leech and Mary Ann Felgate

Marriage of Edward Leach 54, b. England s/o Samuel and Deborah on 16 Jan 1866 Middlesex to Susan Seromisnan, 40 b. England d/o George  and Elizabeth West.

Baptism of Edward Leech 09 Aug 1813 s/o Samuel Leach and Deborah Capon in Suffolk.  Can find it on Family Search.  Samuel and Deborah married 22 Nov 1805 Parham Suffolk

thankyou all   one of his childrens name must be Susan my great grandmother who married Jason Bell.   so these don't seem right

On family search... here is daughter Rachel born 1870.  To Edward Leech and Susan Weston in Mosa.

This must be the Rachel from the 1871 census I posted earlier.  I think this is the right family.
