London electoral rolls has Maurice living on Livonia Street in Westminster in 1946 and 1947. Felicity is not noted in the electoral roles, but perhaps only the male head of the household was named.

Thanks Eileen  We are really bumping up against Canadian privacy laws and RC's "no
living person" policy. He would have been 17ish at the start of WW2.
