Ontario County and Division

Could someone please assist in deciphering the County and Division of this Death Register from Ontario.

From other information, I THINK it should be County of Kent and Division of Chatham, but I simply cannot make it out.

Ant assistance would be very gratefully accepted.

I can see the two words are exactly as you say.

Chatham (with a little curly flourish on the last stroke of the m )
