Here is a map of the parishes around Fjällbacka. Note that Fjällbacka became a parish in 1882. It broke out from Kville Parish, so Oliver would not have known that when he was in Scotland. As you can see Kville and Svenneby are neighbours.
So he must have been born in Fjällbacka town which was part of Kville then. That is my interpretation.
Yes it says "idiot"..... mentally ill.

If the names are crossed out then that means they left home or parish.

Couldn't see Oliver/Olof on the naturalisation certificates, but there are three entries for him on ancestry for masters/mates certificates, all born Fjällbacka.

Yes i saw the Masters certs thats where we first learned where in Sweden hecwas from.

We have just been discussing this with our daughter and she has just rightly stated we are not actually Scottish Andersons...ha ha!!
