WELSH BOXERS - PATTERSON, WILDE & DRISCOLL 2OTHC

Hi,
There are 3 Welsh boxers I'd like to know more about:

1. As a youth my uncle boxed for 'Cardiiff Gas' boxing club, He sparred with JACK PATERSON - Welsh and British Lightweight Champion.
2. He also knew JIMMY WILDE - 'Tylorstown Terror'.
3. I'd also like to know about Lightweight JIMMY DRISCOLL.

DENNING -  RIDDLE-DENNING. & Glam TANNER-DENNING, MORGAN, THOMAS, RICE-ADAMS, RITCHINGS, PINGSTONE
DEV:18thC  RICE, Mary, ADAMS, CLARKE,STENTAFORD. MICHLEMORE.

Hi Gene,Jim Driscoll was born in Cardiff 15/12/1880,there is an excellent site on aol called WELSH WARRIORS,it gives you all sorts of information about Welsh boxers+the fights that they took part in,Regards Bethan
Denton,Barfoot,Emery in Bedford.Howells of Pembroke,Davies of Rhymney,Jones of Carmarthen.

Yorkshire, surname "Burniston"
