I suggest you read the entire file as it appears he was
not Frank
COTTER but using an
alias. Also named his father as Herbert later in the file. A statutory declaration states his name is George Firth
GRAHAM aka Frank
COTTER. So why seek information about a Robert
COTTER who probably didn't exist when George aka Frank's father was Robert Firth
GRAHAM who lived at Dulwich.

Death
GRAHAM On May 8, at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Kathrine Alice Graham, of 1A Trenery-crescent. Abbotsford, beloved wife of the late George Firth Graham, and loving mother of Albert, Peter. Elsie (deceased), mother-in-law of Mollie, grandmother of Winnie, Ronnie, Graham, Patricia, Peter and Gwen. aged 68 years. At rest.
Robert/Frank had many siblings and you can find them on SA Genealogy
http://www.genealogysa.org.au/resources/online-databases.htmlDirectories do not detail all the members of a household.
There is no Ascot Street, Dulwich only an Ascot Avenue. And this was possibly the address of his father taking into account its location near the old Glenside Hospital formerly Parkside Asylum.

There is no listing for a Robert
