Horace Edward Skinner of Smarden

I am trying to find out the name of the parents of Horace Edward (?) Skinner of Smarden, born around 1889. He married May Ledger of Smarden and had eight children including Ledger Skinner (I have their details). Thanks in advance to any kind person who can help as I may have been trying to follow the wrong line back... I'm new to this!
