Swineford would be the area for registration.

Perhaps another clue here.

1911 indexes has a John Dunleavy b 1871 Mayo, living in Hoyland.

Bryan and Ann have a son John born 1870 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FPYX-D3F

The John connection looks likely

Hallmark - am I looking at Anne/Nancy, or John?

Looking through those church records, there were a couple of Devaney/Dunleavy baptisms but I haven't checked the names now.
However, that first link , hallmark , shows a Patrick and Kate/ Catherine Devaney at 50 Salford, Clitheroe. 1911 indexes shows that they were born Foxford.
It could well be that Catherine is a sister to Bryan, although there are a few Dunkeavys in that area.
This would be a marriage of Catherine Dunleavy to Patrick Devany.

Ann Devany's name was Owen according to the marriage.

The Devanys in Clitheroe also have children called Bryan and Charles - plus lots of others.
Some births on Family Search.

Ah, ok, thank you.

__
There are lots of records for a Bryan Dunleavy in the 'petty sessions court' on familysearch.org, but the records are kept on findmypast and I can't view them.
It wouldn't surprise me if they related to Charles' father :D

The baptism of Mary, the sister, is on the parish records site - there is also a baptism for a Bryan (can't remember the exact spelling) and there may be others. I mentioned this earlier.

You now have this likely situation

Brian Dunleavy and Ann Devany as parents to your Charles
Patrick Devany and Catherine Dunleavy as uncle and aunt to Charles - they live in Clitheroe.

There is a marriage for this couple 19th January 1873 but no parents names - parish records.

The Petty Sessions records are on FindMyPast but you need worldwide subscription. When I had a temporary one, the records for my area were often about cattle and sheep straying; drunkenness and assaults.
