National Burial Index - MOORE of Peckham.
« on: Thursday 14 July 05 12:32 BST (UK) »
:) Hello All.  Greetings from Queensland, Australia!
Could some kind person have a look for the following people - PATRICK FRANCIS MOORE (b.1860? Ireland) and his wife ANNIE MOORE (b.1863, Farningham, Kent).
I'm afraid I don't know exactly when they died.  The only info. I can give is - in 1905 (when their son LAWRENCE JOHN was born) they were living at Hawker Street, Peckham.  In 1922 when LAWRENCE JOHN MOORE came out to Australia, the application form for Migration stated he was an orphan, and listed his sister (Mrs. Kingsland) as his guardian.  He was then living at Reedham St., Peckham.  So the family was still in the Peckham area.  Thus, the parents died between 1905-1922.
I understand they were of the Catholic faith
If anyone can help me in tracing their deaths, I'd be most grateful.

Hello, Carol,

There is nothing in the National Burial Index or the FreeBMDs for the deaths of Patrick & Annie Moore.  The only way to definitely find their deaths is to use something like the   www.1837online pay to view site.

sorry I can't be of more help.
