Ord is a little place a couple of miles south west of Berwick.  Where did you find Mary's birth place?

Also you continue to say that you need Benjamin's birth but you already have the only record of his birth.  Civil registration did not start in this country until 1st July 1837.  To find anyone before that date you generally have to rely on church records.  Date of baptism replaces date of birth (unless it is provided with the baptism record) and date of burial replaces date of death.

There is no sign of a marriage for Benjamin in Northumberland from 1813 to 1837 so I suspect they may have married in Scotland or on the border.

Was the name Robert elsewhere in the family as the name Mary seems to continue?

Looks like it is on the 1851 census.

If you are going to have to rely on parish records for your info now this is an excellent site on the places in Northumberland

Also confusing - 1851 census gives birth place of daughter Mary Ann as Ord Moor.  Mary is shown as coming from Milfield which is in the parish of Kirknewton.
