I have looked at FindMyPast  and Ancestry for the following
Henry Challen aged 20 chimney Sweep
Jane his wife aged 20
Henry son aged 10 months
all living Pollard Row Ramsgate


also Hereson St Laurence

It might unfortunately just be unreadable.  I know quite a few parts of Southwark and Lambeth are pretty unreadable, ie very feint, for the 1841 Census. :-\

Title to the page = Kent - Preston by Wingham - Ramsgate - District 8

Henry is 10 months old, his parents otherwise would have been 10 when married, they actually married the year before
