Since you have 1911 census details what is given for her birthplace on there?

Think I've found her in 1911 but just says 'England' for birthplace.

Since there is no trace of a birth in this name in England I think you need to get a copy of her marriage certificate to see who is named as her father.

Have you got any idea of when she married, and when and where were her children born?

Added:
In 1911, Ireland, married 6 years, oldest child (5) born in Belfast.

Also, just to consider, there is the possibility that she had been married previously, as would have been in late 20's at marriage.

If you find a record then please post a link on the topic to save others from searching for the same information. Here's the Stewart family in 1911-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Antrim/Clifton/Ballyclare_Street/144142

Birth certificates for any of the children will give Eliza Jane's maiden name. See GRONI to purchase credits so that you can check index (which will list maiden name) and to view the actual certificate.

Going back to the census, this looks like 'Eliza Jane' in 1901- living in same area as 1911 but with added detail born Sunderland, England as well as an aunt and possible sister.

Pursuing the 1901 census lead with possible sister Maggie and unmarried aunt called Letitia McGuire finds a birth for Margaret McFadden in 1876 Co. Antrim with parents Robert McFadden and Eliza McGuire.

Note: Wardlaw St. is the family's usual residence not father's birthplace and indicates the child probably wasn't born at home.

Scottish birth for a William Alexander son of a Robert McFadden & Eliza McGuire in 1869-

Added- Scottish birth certificates list date and place of parent's marriage and can be viewed for a few credits on Scotland's People website.

Based on 1901 listing birthplace as Sunderland, England here's a possibility (a bit older than census age)-
Birth: Eliza McFadden, Jan./Mar.1872 Sunderland district, volume 10a page 599

Possible marriage-
Robert McFadden, son of William, 3 July 1866 Ballymacarret, Co. Down (Belfast), to Eliza McGuire

Possible census record?
1871 3 Gosforth St., Monk Wearmouth Shore (Sunderland registration district)
Robert McFadden, 35, Ireland, boilermaker
Eliza McFadden, 26, Ireland
Maria McFadden, 3, Ireland
Mary A McFadden, 4 months, Heborn? Durham
also 2 boarders

Anna Maria McFadden, daughter of Robert & Eliza (Maguire) born Belfast 4 June 1867-
