I am tearing my hair out! Can anyone please help.
I've been using FTM 2012 for quite some time, and occasionally had a 'not responding' pop up on the title bar, but today every time I hit a key up it comes. Whether I'm trying to enter information or merging duplicate people it just stops. Any ideas?
Also failed to sync, not that I do that often but thought I'd give it a try today in the hope that it would kick-start a resolution. Synchronizing seems to duplicate people and events, which is a blooming nuisance and something that should have been sorted out a long time ago..
