I would say it says "The Olblitys" (as in old blity or blighty)

I have been researching the 925 Coy R.A.S.C. / 1st Armoured Division and I found this and your post in the same search. I am hoping that I can unite you with an artefact from the unit that could have some connection to your father - certainly it is an interesting intersection with his his story. You may be interested in acquiring a 'Trench Art' matchbox holder & ash tray combination inscribed 925 COY R.A.S.C. 1ST ARMD.DIV. The item is in a public auction of old WW2 militaria in Australia. The Auction company is called Lloyds, the actual auction is called 'Military Marvels' and the lot number is 995. Four pictures enclosed.
