I've just seen this post and I'm wondering if the Folly McDaid’s are the family of John McDaid and Catherine McLaughlin (originally Fallask) of Meendacallaigh Illies?

Could be a interesting one Side B!!  I know a distant cousin still lives in the mclaughlin farm which I only found out recently?

That is a great find Little Annie. Have you any idea who Catherine’s mother was? I know from her marriage record that her father was John but as you are no doubt aware the baptismal records for Desertegney only begin in the 1870’s so I have been unable to find out her mother’s name.

Don't know her parents name!!  But if you look at my post's etc put into Google Sarah mcloughlin fallask u might see a lot more post s. Just realised her father's name how nice if we're talking about the same Catherine!!
