1907 Lichfield St James Hall
There is a Charles Searle in a supporting role in Mr Edward Graham-Falcon's theatre company.

1899 Empire Theatre, Barrow in Furness
There is an Ernest Weston in that company

Are you thinking that Ernest Weston/ Charles Searle and Stanley Keppel are all the same person?

Had you seen? -
The Era, 28 Sep 1895 -
"Mr Stanley Keppel, a younger brother of Mr Seymour Hicks, will this evening make his first appearance at Daley's Theatre in "An Artist's Model"

Could this be Sir Edward Seymour Hicks, born Jersey, January 1871?

1881 Census  RG11 5612  42  3

This looks like Edward Seymour Hicks with a younger brother Stanley F?

The Hicks connection is mentioned here

Bothering me:

I don't yet understand how Charles Searle is connected to Ernest Weston.

From other threads, Ernest fathered a child  in 1916, so I can see that has validity.

You wouldn't think that there were two singers called Stanley Keppel around at the same time.

The court case though says Stanley Keppel is Charles Searle.

Stanley Hicks is in 1911 census so at least we know he isn't Stanley Keppel.

Is there evidence somewhere to show that Edith Keppel is really Edith Powell?

Added
I just found Edith Powell in the 1914 review with the Keppels.

Interestingly, if you compare the 1911 census for Stanley Francis Hicks and the divorce papers, his wife's middle names are different and the daughter's names are completely different! Also on one paper he is referred to as Brett, not Hicks
