Can you help me with the Parish. The address I think is 116 Manor House Lane. Is that right.

I agree with 116 Manor House Lane but can't work out the parish. It looks like Dorercourh but that clearly doesn't exist! Do you know the  county ?

If this is from a census then 116 is the schedule number, not a house number. Can you give the census details?

The name of the parish looks like Dovercourt.
